The Schoolgirl Sarah Payne murderer has been attacked in his cell at a top security prison. In 2000 Eight-year-old Sarah Payne was snatched and killed by convicted pedophile Roy Whiting in West Sussex. Whiting (59) was found guilty in 2001 of her abduction and murder and will serve a minimum of 40 years.
As per the newspaper The Sun mentioned that he was taken to hospital after being stabbed by two convicted murderers with makeshift blades at HMP Wakefield.
A Spokesperson of Prison has said “ A prisoner at HMP Wakefield was attacked at evening and received hospital treatment. It added “ the prisoner is back in prison in a stable condition and the incident is being investigated by police”
In July 200 Sarah, who lived in Hersham, Surrey, disappeared from a cornfield near her grandparents home in Kingston Gorse while playing with her brother and sister before she slipped through into a country. After 17 days later in a field, her body was found about 15 miles away from her home near Pulborough.
Then, 2001, a trial judge Mr. Justice Richard Curtis said he believed Whiting was an evil man and a cunning and glib liar.
After convicted by Court Whiting was stabbed in the eyes at Wakefield jail by the fellow inmate in 2011, convicted murderer Gary Vinter. Then Vinter admitted the attack. Then soon, this attacked happened once again in his cell after the tight security.
