It seems that Prince Charles and Prince William are worried about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s recent fight with the press.
Towards the end of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s Royal Tour to South Africa with five-months-old son Archie, it was revealed that Meghan Markle had introduced a legal action for publishing a private letter, which she has sent to her father, against The Mail, on October 20.
After this, “Prince William is extremely concerned about Harry and Meghan,” said the sources.
It continued, “Even though the brothers have grown apart, William still cares about Harry and is hoping that he’ll open up to him about his current struggles. William wants to be there for Harry and hates seeing him in such a bad place. Despite their differences, blood is thicker than water.”
Sources further noted that the 35-year-old Prince Harry “suffered from bouts of depression” as the two brothers “went through hell”, following the death of the mother, Princess Diana in the year 1997.
Prince Harry further referenced the rumored rift between him and his elder brother, Prince William.
He said, “Inevitably stuff happens,” adding that “but we’re brothers, we’ll always be brothers. We’re certainly on different paths at the moment. I’ll always be there for him and as I Know, he’ll always be there for me. We don’t see each other as much as we used to because we’re so busy but I love him dearly.”
Prince Harry also stated that “the majority of stuff is created out of nothing. As brothers, wh have good days and we have bad days.”
In April 2019, an insider told sources that Prince William and Prince Harry ‘are at very different situations in their lives.” According to the sources, both were always destined for different paths, Prince Harry leads with his instincts, consider his elder brother as being edged in by protocol as the further monarch.
At present, Prince William is worried about history repeating. Sources said that “Prince Harry is a very sensitive guy, and Charles is worried, too. This is a time when Harry needs his family the most.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have disclosed their state of mind in the new documentary “Harry & Meghan – An African Journey” that comes after the legal action taken against The Mail for “bulling” Meghan.
In the new documentary, the Duchess of Sussex has said that “I really tried to adopt this British sensibility of a ‘stiff upper lip.’ I really tried, but I think that what that does internally is probably really damaging.”
She went on to teel Bradby that she would understand the inspection if it were fair.
Meghan further stated, “I never thought that this would be easy, but I thought it would be fair. And that’s the part that’s really hard to reconcile,” adding that “If things were fair… If I’d done something wrong, I’d be the first one to go ‘Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry. I would never do that’.”
“But when people are saying things that are just untrue and they are being told they’re untrue but they’re allowed to still say them – I don’t know anybody in the world who would feel like that’s okay,” added Meghan Markle.
