On December 10, European Union Court to issue Brexit deal ruling

The European Union Court of Justice will issue its judgment on whether the United Kingdom can unilaterally inverse its move to leave the EU (European Union) on December 10 (Monday) at 0800 GMT, reports the Union Court today.

The Brexit ruling is delivered with different urgency, which will come on the evening of a critical vote in the Parliament of Great Britain on whether to accept a Brexit deal, which was negotiated by Prime Minister Theresa May.

On Tuesday, an ECJ adviser has issued an opinion in the case that the UK could simply stop Brexit deal without seeking any permission from other member states, improving hopes of those who wanted to hold the process. Such opinions are usually followed by the Union Court judges.
