A woman has been accused of the murder of a four-year-old girl Amelia Brooke who was pronounced dead at an address in Rhondda, Cynon on late Friday. The accused appeared from Trealaw before Martyr magistrate on Monday with her murder.
The 37-year-old Carly Ann Harris cried a river during the hearing before the table of Merthyr magistrates when she spoke in order to confirm her name and birth date.
On Tuesday she was remanded in custody and is to be presented before a judge at Cardiff town.
The victim ‘Amelia’ was a beautiful girl with a jovial attitude. Her family members have said her to be beautiful from within as well as outside. They added that she was “a fun loving, caring and bubbly little girl”.
The cops rehearsed their ominous warning yearning for not kicking around the matter of Amelia’s death on social media platforms. Throughout the weekend her soft toys and other belongings were left near the property.
